About Us

We are an ALL GIRLS 501(c)3 baseball organization based in the Lake Shore area of Pasadena, MD.  We share and follow the ideals and principles of Baseball For All, a huge driver in the world of girls baseball.   We provide girls from ages 8-18 that just love to play baseball that opportunity.  Unfortunately, that is not a viable option for a large number of girls.  Many areas do not afford females the opportunity to play baseball, as it is commonly seen as a “boys’ sport.  Well, we are working hard to change that.  So, why do we do what we do?  All too often, girls are still told they can’t play baseball because of their gender. At CGB, we’re here to change that, empowering girls to believe in themselves and to keep playing the game they love.

Our goal is to build gender equality in baseball by providing girls with real opportunities to play, coach, and lead in this sport. On top of it all, we’re a support system, a strong community that ensures that no girl or woman in baseball feels alone.   In a few short years, the impact we have had on the game is unmistakable—and it’s all thanks to those who have joined us along the way and sponsored girls baseball events across the country. On a daily basis, we are being told powerful stories about girls who have overcome the odds to stick with the game they (and we) love.
